BLOOMING BEAUTY - Maternity Photography

Hi! 
How lucky am I to photograph such beautiful mommy and family. The day was perfect, and they look so radiant.  Izayiah, was so wonderful I just fell in love with that little boy.  He will be such a great big brother. He is so brave too and I proved it because...you won't believe what happened...? I wasn't going to add what I'm about to tell you in the blog, but I think some things happen to make you stronger...SO! 
Do you see the pictures with the wonderful tree I place them under? Well, I didn't realize there was a bee hive on it for it was hidden very well. As I pulled Merari to the side to take some pictures of her, all of a sudden Izayiah started screaming, he was being attacked by bees. -- I know! All photographers nightmare!! -- I would never ever want to place my clients in harm's way, but this happened. He was stung by two bees, and I just felt horrible. We settled down; checked if he was ok and a few minutes later he was smiling, being himself again and talking about his experience. I was completely surprised! I really thought our session was over by that point, but he was so strong and brave. He really gave me a big lesson on that day. -- Life is full of surprises, and when you least expected it, it hits you like a ton of bricks or like a bunch of bees attacking you. The result of your success is determined by your attitude, by that next move. Yes, we can cry for a little bit but eventually the tears will dry up, and you have to make your move. What will it be? What will you do? What will you say? - I learned, you have to dust yourself off, smile and make it happen. Against all odds, against the reality, and your feelings. Make it happen!! I hope you are encourage as I was encourage on that day by this brave little one.

Baby on Board - Maternity Photography

Hello,

The end of school year is next week! Woah...Where did time go? Although I'm exited about sleeping in and not having to drop off my kid at school at 7:45am followed by my other two at 8:30am every weekday, I was very anxious about my new routine. My kids are great at adjusting, but with camp, and other activities coming up, this Summer was getting to be overwhelming. To help me, all this week I have worked to create a list of the things I will need, and also I created a big TO-DO list. It truly has helped me to get over my anxiety. Once is on paper or in my big calendar, it's off my back. What do you to help yourself get organized? Let me know, I can really use the extra help.


Baby on Board

Once again I had a wonderful time photographing Mariani's session. This time was very different from all the other times, because as you have already noticed she has joined the motherhood club!!
She is expecting her first born Jared Andrew. Both Hared and Mariani are so exited for his arrival, and asked me to come along on their journey as their photographer. It truly is an honor for me to do this for them, and feel very blessed to have captured this wonderful pictures, that will be kept as one of their family's heirloom. Mariani & Hared thanks so much for counting with me. I love taking pictures of your growing family, and congratulations on your bundle of joy.

Happy Spring!!!

Yes, it was a loooooooOOOooong Winter. Going out without a big jacket is priceless. Enjoy it as much as you can, because it will go quick.
As you may already know wedding season is upon us. woo-hoo! I just love weddings, it always reminds me of the love my husband and I promise to each other, it is very cool to get reminded of our vows every time I attend a wedding.

The Gonzalez - Maternity Session

Hello my bloggers!

This years session with beautiful mama Yeselys, and her wonderful family was super special.  I really love to be the Gonzalez's photographer.  It was so much easier to photograph little Caleb this second time around since he already knows me.  I loved seeing him again.  He is growing so fast, I know he will be a great older brother.
Yeselys was glowing, she looks so beautiful pregnant. We had time to plan this session since she booked with me at the beginning of Fall.  I had mentioned to her, that a crown would look so beautiful, and it would make the pictures so original.  She agreed and said, "let's do it", so she designed her crown. The crown just made the sessions so much special. Yeselys did a great job designing, and making her crown. GO YESELYS! Now I need to hire her to design crowns for future sessions!
The Gonzalez family can now check off their list  - Christmas/Maternity Pictures ✓ Check! Check!
Edward and Yeselys are expecting their second bundle of joy, and I just can't wait to take pictures of the baby's little toes, and hands.  More to come when the Gonzalez's' second baby arrive.

Oh Baby! - Darlin Maternity

When my son entered pre-k we were so blessed to have Ms. Darlin as our teacher. She was so sweet and caring. Mikey really enjoyed being in her class, and still remembers her.   After sometime she was engaged and asked for my services, and I was really exited to be working with them, the session came out really nice.  Now she is expecting her second child, A GIRL!!! Woo-hoo! since she already has a handsome boy with her it makes it really special. She contacted me again to have our selves a MATERNITY SESSION and here is the wonderful result. She is beautiful and glowing. Ms. Darlin you and Rene make a beautiful team, and are great parents CONGRATS!
