Farmin' lovin' -- FALL DATES UPDATE.

Monday, November 13, 2017

Pumpkins and the smell of apple covered with caramel surrounded us that day, the sound of children with their families did not bother them. It was as if they were the only 2 in the whole farm.  They married a few years ago but lived on different continents for most of their marriage as of now.  Margarita was so excited to live this moment because they didn't get the chance to have an engagement session.  They laughed and held each other so tight because distance was defeated.
Being committed to a long-distance relationship was not easy, she packed her bags after everything cleared for her to come to the states and together they moved to Jersey.  Pumpkins and the smell of apple candy are the scents of their new hometown in the fall, a place they’ve grown to love and call their own.

Really...HOME is where they are together.

Summer Love - Elmer & Marisol

Tuesday, July 19, 2016

FROM the moment I received Marisol's message on my FB page.  I knew she had impecable taste.  She knew what she wanted, how and where.  We were going to team up to capture her vision and I couldn't be more excited.  Clients like her make me love more what I do.

It was a windy day at the beach with a toddler and if you are mom you know exactly what that means.  From time to time it got a little sandy but Marisol and Elmer have such a calm, sweet spirit, it was easy to take a break and regroup with no problem.   I will say though, that they had their entourage behind the scenes...AKA  "uncle Dani" who kept us smiling and laughing...kudos to you Dany, you will be a great dad some day.  Sweet Sophia was so precious, she didn't even cry and was so curious to touch the sand.  Beautiful baby!

ELMER & MARISOL

Thanks so much for making me part of this magical day.  I'm so lucky to have captured the love you have for each other and for Sophia.  My wish is for you to always find your way back to each other after looking at this precious pictures.  Congratulations on your engagement.

To my amazing blogger lovers...he he!  Thanks so much, you're encouraging words are always appreciated.  Please don't forget to give us a like on FACEBOOK and with all the darkness in this world don't forget to share the love.

Alicia & William -

Saturday, May 28, 2016

Hola
(What? Yes, just for today I will write in Spanish. Google will give you the option to translate)

CELEBRATING LOVE (ENGAGEMENT SESSION)

Wednesday, August 12, 2015

Hello,

Don't you feel Summer is leaving too soon?  After we came back from our vacation, it just feels like it's almost over, and I'm soooo... not ready for school. (My kids school that is..) I need to start my TO-DO list and pronto! I had a wonderful client stop by the other day and she gave me some Children's Place coupons. She said she noticed my kids, and wanted to share. Isn't that wonderful? We need more people like that in this world. Need to go shopping soon. In case I don't get to blog before September begins, I want to wish you guys a great new school year. Hope you get all your school supplies for good prices, and don't forget your camera the first day of school.

Jose & Sara

Don't want to get all mushy with words, but I love that boy you see in the pictures. He is my brother in law. I know him since he was ten, and although I didn't know back then he was going to be part of my family someday, or is it the other way around?...anyways...he always had a special place in my heart. The girl you see here, is Sara. I also know Sara for a long time, even longer than Jose actually. I was her Sunday School teacher. NO!! I'm not that old...I just started very early. lol!!! I was actually 15 years old, and after getting baptized I was ready to get working, and Sunday School was the right fit for me. Long story short...we all met at church. His brother and I fell in love and have been married for 10 wonderful years.  They fell in love, and now are newlyweds.  I didn't get to give them a special gift, and thought this was right. Jose and Sara, I'm very happy you guys found each other, keep the love alive, work hard to stay together always and make us proud. Love you very much. xoxo

Hi,
Two blogs in two days???...I'm in a roll! Yeah BABY!! What can I say it's wedding season, and Spring pictures are just perfect! -- Allergies have tried to get my spirit down, but I'm beating it by eating lots of oranges, and pineapple, trying my best to stay hydrated. Zyrtec tends to be my to go medicine, but no kidding, in the mornings I feel like one of those zombies from The Walking Dead. I don't even have the energy to scream at my kids, lol!! I'm just like ---"yeah, yeah, sign where?, 20 dollars for what?...sureee" It's bad. So today I'm trying Allegra. I'm risking it too because I have a wedding and I need to bring my A game. Any suggestions out there, as in to what allergy medicine works best? Let me know.

Santos & Yanet

Tito (Santos) loves to photograph as well, so you imagine my surprise when he reached out to me. I was truly flattered, it's very humbling to know that people appreciate your art, specially when he is a good photographer himself.
The pictures where taken on Mother's day, after church David and I decided to spend the day at the park, as I photograph this wonderful couple, he took the kids for a bike ride. It was very rewarding to do what I love to do on Mother's day.
Santos & Yanet, I wish you nothing but the best in all your future plans. You guys are very blessed to have each other.

Stay Blessed,

...Suhey.

Happy Spring!!!

Yes, it was a loooooooOOOooong Winter. Going out without a big jacket is priceless. Enjoy it as much as you can, because it will go quick.
As you may already know wedding season is upon us. woo-hoo! I just love weddings, it always reminds me of the love my husband and I promise to each other, it is very cool to get reminded of our vows every time I attend a wedding.

Jonathan & Reyna

I had a great time shooting this wonderful couple. They have so much love and respect for each other, and I was very lucky to capture that in this pictures. Tomorrow is their wedding, so you will see more of the love as I blog about their wedding.  Congratulations guys and I wish you many blessings, and happiness in your marriage.

A Valentine Gift.

Saturday, February 14, 2015

Hello!

I want to share this beautiful session I previously had with this awesome couple to show some love and appreciation on this day known as Valentine's Day.  I hope your plans with that special someone are going well, but if you are like me and have 3 kids or more, most likely you have chosen to spend the night in with them, and not in a busy restaurant waiting to be served...no worries! -- we'll make plans for later.  My plans for tonight its to watch a movies with the kids and start cooking for a pot luck luncheon I have tomorrow at my church. Not so glamorous but very rewarding.

Daniel & Maria

Yes! It was cold, yet Maria was so brave and made the session look easy and smooth.
This sweet couple made this session so special. Believe it or not, they are married, despite their youth. He, as you can see is a Marine and she is a student at Montclair University and although they probably endure the test of distance and time, you can really see how much they love each other.  On this day, I want to share this because celebrating love is more than chocolate and roses, celebrating love is what brings us together.  So today, or tonight come together, make someone smile and share a laughter and enjoy love.

Thanks for stopping by, and as usual don't forget to like and share the LOVE!

Erick & Karen

Hello!

Happy Fall Everyone! It's been a great season so far. I have been pretty busy, but keep reminding myself to take one day at the time.  I've had the most adorable sessions with wonderful families, and couples, but to respect their privacy, I haven't blog about it or post on Facebook. Just know that I'm a happy photographer. Thanks to all the families that have joined me this Fall. I still have some dates available, and the promotion will run until the end of November. More info here: http://tinyurl.com/pst29dw
A little update on me....lol! Every time I think about what I'm about to tell you, I just can't help from "LOL-ing" ha!(new word) I deactivated my personal Facebook account. YUP! I still have the Suhey Photography fan page...no worries! I don't want to give myself a date for when I will activate it again, and so far...I'm ok! The reason I did it, it's because I kept on getting distracted. I have great friends and so many cool people I follow, that I kept on getting sidetracked reading all the cool blogs, and watching all the amazing videos. Facebook seemed to know every little thing I liked. SO...to help me stay focus, I decided to take a break. I have an Instagram account, that blasts all images to my twitter account, Facebook fan page, Tumblr, and everywhere else. I will keep you updated there.  I received messages from my friends wondering if I was ok, and I just wanted to let everyone know that YES! everything is ok. :)

ERICK & KAREN
The fact that Erick reached out to me, was truly flattering. I've know Erick for many years. Since he was a kid, and I was young girl. We've worked together with the church's youth for years, and I just loved the time we spent together brainstorming, and creating new things..fighting at times, what can I say, we were both leaders. We are still great friends and although we may not agree on things at times, we have great respect for each other, and love working together. He has a great taste of things and that makes this whole experience pretty cool for me. Karen is the new addition to our friendship and she is just wonderful, and so sweet. I love her. Erick, you did good kiddo!
As usual Erick had an idea of what he wanted, and had a location in mind. I just didn't know of such imaginary place. Funny story is, that a friend of mine on "Facebook" liked a picture of this place, probably it was her friend's post, I'm not sure. When I saw the picture, and the location, I said "THAT IS IT!! I WANT IT! I NEED IT! I MUST HAVE IT!" So I sent the nice stranger a message, explaining the whole story and how important it was for him to tell me where this location was. He sent me the address, and was very happy to help. The things I do for love. ha!

The day was perfect, the couple was in love, and the photographer was inspired. This is the result of such beautiful day. Hope you guys like.

Thanks for stopping by, and as usual don't forget to like, share, and pin away my friends.
More to come...in 2015 when I will be covering their wedding.

Suhey...
