The Gonzalez - Maternity Session

This years session with beautiful mama Yeselys, and her wonderful family was super special.  I really love to be the Gonzalez's photographer.  It was so much easier to photograph little Caleb this second time around since he already knows me.  I loved seeing him again.  He is growing so fast, I know he will be a great older brother.
Yeselys was glowing, she looks so beautiful pregnant. We had time to plan this session since she booked with me at the beginning of Fall.  I had mentioned to her, that a crown would look so beautiful, and it would make the pictures so original.  She agreed and said, "let's do it", so she designed her crown. The crown just made the sessions so much special. Yeselys did a great job designing, and making her crown. GO YESELYS! Now I need to hire her to design crowns for future sessions!
The Gonzalez family can now check off their list  - Christmas/Maternity Pictures ✓ Check! Check!
Edward and Yeselys are expecting their second bundle of joy, and I just can't wait to take pictures of the baby's little toes, and hands.  More to come when the Gonzalez's' second baby arrive.

Erick & Karen

Hello! 

Happy Fall Everyone! It's been a great season so far. I have been pretty busy, but keep reminding myself to take one day at the time.  I've had the most adorable sessions with wonderful families, and couples, but to respect their privacy, I haven't blog about it or post on Facebook. Just know that I'm a happy photographer. Thanks to all the families that have joined me this Fall. I still have some dates available, and the promotion will run until the end of November. A little update on me....lol! Every time I think about what I'm about to tell you, I just can't help from "LOL-ing" ha!(new word) I deactivated my personal Facebook account. YUP! I still have the Suhey Photography fan page...no worries! I don't want to give myself a date for when I will activate it again, and so far...I'm ok! The reason I did it, it's because I kept on getting distracted. I have great friends and so many cool people I follow, that I kept on getting sidetracked reading all the cool blogs, and watching all the amazing videos. Facebook seemed to know every little thing I liked. SO...to help me stay focus, I decided to take a break. I have an Instagram account, that blasts all images to my twitter account, Facebook fan page, Tumblr, and everywhere else. I will keep you updated there.  I received messages from my friends wondering if I was ok, and I just wanted to let everyone know that YES! everything is ok. :) 

ERICK & KAREN
The fact that Erick reached out to me, was truly flattering. I've know Erick for many years. Since he was a kid, and I was young girl. We've worked together with the church's youth for years, and I just loved the time we spent together brainstorming, and creating new things..fighting at times, what can I say, we were both leaders. We are still great friends and although we may not agree on things at times, we have great respect for each other, and love working together. He has a great taste of things and that makes this whole experience pretty cool for me. Karen is the new addition to our friendship and she is just wonderful, and so sweet. I love her. Erick, you did good kiddo! 
As usual Erick had an idea of what he wanted, and had a location in mind. I just didn't know of such imaginary place. Funny story is, that a friend of mine on "Facebook" liked a picture of this place, probably it was her friend's post, I'm not sure. When I saw the picture, and the location, I said "THAT IS IT!! I WANT IT! I NEED IT! I MUST HAVE IT!" So I sent the nice stranger a message, explaining the whole story and how important it was for him to tell me where this location was. He sent me the address, and was very happy to help. The things I do for love. ha! 

The day was perfect, the couple was in love, and the photographer was inspired. This is the result of such beautiful day. Hope you guys like.

2014 Fall Family Mini Sessions

Fall is around the corner woo-hoo! Fall is my favorite season of the year. Whenever  I imagine me moving from Jersey because of the cold weather, Fall comes to my mind, and I don't think I could ever do it.  New Jersey is the most beautiful state in FALL!  In the past I have always announced Christmas Pictures around November but the weather doesn't really help, so this year I've decided to do it early so we can get a nice Fall weather. So here it is the SPECIAL for this year!  If you’re interested, just email me the time slot you want (info@suheyphotography.com or suheyfenco@gmail.com) and I’ll let you know if that spot is available. Once I confirm with you the time, then you can pay the deposit through paypal (button is at the bottom of this post).  Once the deposit has been paid, your session will be placed on my calendar, and I will send you all info you need!

Work Day...

At Abuelita's Birthday (my husband's grandma) I started a conversation with Sofia(cousin's girlfriend) and Sara(brother's girlfriend). We were talking about what we do and what we would love to do in life.  As we started sharing, I thought..."Hey, I'm here with creative people, let's do something" In the past I've worked with artists to create a wonderful look, and I must say as a photographer it's a dream a come true, and I can get as creative as I want without making anyone feel uncomfortable.  I had already planned something but didn't have all the team complete.  I always say that nothing in life is just ramdom, but that everything is a designed work by GOD,  from the people   we meet and how we meet them.  I'm thankful for all these amazing girls, and the great work they did.  Anyways, the planning started and I was very exited for this day.  Sofia is a makeup artist. I must say her work is professional, and she is very friendly and open to any suggestions.  Sara is going to school for fashion merchandising & retail management, and has very good taste in clothes, unfortunately we didn't have the budget to go on a shopping spree, but I remembered a good friend named Yamileth who owns a  bridal boutique, and when I visited her to tell her about the project she wanted in.  It was a full day of work, from getting every detail ready, getting the girls makeup done and finally the girls ready for the shoot. I had fun. I'm not going to lie, I was beat at the end of the day but doing what I love gives me lots of energy. Thanks to Abi and Jennifer our two beautiful models that were part of this project.  Here are some pictures of our work first, and in my next post blog will have the final work. (I will have it ready tonight).

My son Michael was with me all day long, and all that weekend documenting all my moves. Here are some of my favorite pictures. He even asked my daughter to pose for him..My baby following his mama's steps. These kids are too cool for me.
