I'm so happy I get to show you this wonderful mother and daughter session.  It was a perfect Autumn day,  and what better way to spend it, but at the farm.  I was so happy to be there capturing all this beautiful pictures. As you can see Cadie and Martina are gorgeous. Cadie is such a happy baby, she was giggling, and exploring all her surroundings. It always warms my heart when I see children react to seeing the big pumpkins. Life is so much fun through their eyes for sure. I love this session, and hope you enjoy watching the results as well. BLOOMING BEAUTY - Maternity Photography

Hi! 
How lucky am I to photograph such beautiful mommy and family. The day was perfect, and they look so radiant.  Izayiah, was so wonderful I just fell in love with that little boy.  He will be such a great big brother. He is so brave too and I proved it because...you won't believe what happened...? I wasn't going to add what I'm about to tell you in the blog, but I think some things happen to make you stronger...SO! 
Do you see the pictures with the wonderful tree I place them under? Well, I didn't realize there was a bee hive on it for it was hidden very well. As I pulled Merari to the side to take some pictures of her, all of a sudden Izayiah started screaming, he was being attacked by bees. -- I know! All photographers nightmare!! -- I would never ever want to place my clients in harm's way, but this happened. He was stung by two bees, and I just felt horrible. We settled down; checked if he was ok and a few minutes later he was smiling, being himself again and talking about his experience. I was completely surprised! I really thought our session was over by that point, but he was so strong and brave. He really gave me a big lesson on that day. -- Life is full of surprises, and when you least expected it, it hits you like a ton of bricks or like a bunch of bees attacking you. The result of your success is determined by your attitude, by that next move. Yes, we can cry for a little bit but eventually the tears will dry up, and you have to make your move. What will it be? What will you do? What will you say? - I learned, you have to dust yourself off, smile and make it happen. Against all odds, against the reality, and your feelings. Make it happen!! I hope you are encourage as I was encourage on that day by this brave little one.

Your love for each other and for your family was so easy to capture, because it is shown without filters. I was just lucky to be there. I hope you love your pictures as I love taking them. Thanks for making me part of this wonderful day, and congratulations on your beautiful princess Victoria.

CELEBRATING LOVE (ENGAGEMENT SESSION)

Hello, 

Don't you feel Summer is leaving too soon?  After we came back from our vacation, it just feels like it's almost over, and I'm soooo... not ready for school. (My kids school that is..) I need to start my TO-DO list and pronto! I had a wonderful client stop by the other day and she gave me some Children's Place coupons. She said she noticed my kids, and wanted to share. Isn't that wonderful? We need more people like that in this world. Need to go shopping soon. In case I don't get to blog before September begins, I want to wish you guys a great new school year. Hope you get all your school supplies for good prices, and don't forget your camera the first day of school.

Don't want to get all mushy with words, but I love that boy you see in the pictures. He is my brother in law. I know him since he was ten, and although I didn't know back then he was going to be part of my family someday, or is it the other way around?...anyways...he always had a special place in my heart. The girl you see here, is Sara. I also know Sara for a long time, even longer than Jose actually. I was her Sunday School teacher. NO!! I'm not that old...I just started very early. lol!!! I was actually 15 years old, and after getting baptized I was ready to get working, and Sunday School was the right fit for me. Long story short...we all met at church. His brother and I fell in love and have been married for 10 wonderful years.  They fell in love, and now are newlyweds.  I didn't get to give them a special gift, and thought this was right. Jose and Sara, I'm very happy you guys found each other, keep the love alive, work hard to stay together always and make us proud. Love you very much. xoxo

Baby on Board - Maternity Photography

Hello,

The end of school year is next week! Woah...Where did time go? Although I'm exited about sleeping in and not having to drop off my kid at school at 7:45am followed by my other two at 8:30am every weekday, I was very anxious about my new routine. My kids are great at adjusting, but with camp, and other activities coming up, this Summer was getting to be overwhelming. To help me, all this week I have worked to create a list of the things I will need, and also I created a big TO-DO list. It truly has helped me to get over my anxiety. Once is on paper or in my big calendar, it's off my back. What do you to help yourself get organized? Let me know, I can really use the extra help.

Once again I had a wonderful time photographing Mariani's session. This time was very different from all the other times, because as you have already noticed she has joined the motherhood club!!
She is expecting her first born Jared Andrew. Both Hared and Mariani are so exited for his arrival, and asked me to come along on their journey as their photographer. It truly is an honor for me to do this for them, and feel very blessed to have captured this wonderful pictures, that will be kept as one of their family's heirloom. Mariani & Hared thanks so much for counting with me. I love taking pictures of your growing family, and congratulations on your bundle of joy.

Santos & Yanet

Hi, 

Two blogs in two days???...I'm in a roll! Yeah BABY!! What can I say it's wedding season, and Spring pictures are just perfect! -- Allergies have tried to get my spirit down, but I'm beating it by eating lots of oranges, and pineapple, trying my best to stay hydrated. Zyrtec tends to be my to go medicine, but no kidding, in the mornings I feel like one of those zombies from The Walking Dead. I don't even have the energy to scream at my kids, lol!! I'm just like ---"yeah, yeah, sign where?, 20 dollars for what?...sureee" It's bad. So today I'm trying Allegra. I'm risking it too because I have a wedding and I need to bring my A game. Any suggestions out there, as in to what allergy medicine works best? Let me know.

Tito (Santos) loves to photograph as well, so you imagine my surprise when he reached out to me. I was truly flattered, it's very humbling to know that people appreciate your art, specially when he is a good photographer himself.  

The pictures where taken on Mother's day, after church David and I decided to spend the day at the park, as I photograph this wonderful couple, he took the kids for a bike ride. It was very rewarding to do what I love to do on Mother's day.

Happy Spring!!!

Yes, it was a loooooooOOOooong Winter. Going out without a big jacket is priceless. Enjoy it as much as you can, because it will go quick.
As you may already know wedding season is upon us. woo-hoo! I just love weddings, it always reminds me of the love my husband and I promise to each other, it is very cool to get reminded of our vows every time I attend a wedding.

A Valentine Gift.

Hello!

I want to share this beautiful session I previously had with this awesome couple to show some love and appreciation on this day known as Valentine's Day.  I hope your plans with that special someone are going well, but if you are like me and have 3 kids or more, most likely you have chosen to spend the night in with them, and not in a busy restaurant waiting to be served...no worries! -- we'll make plans for later.  My plans for tonight its to watch a movies with the kids and start cooking for a pot luck luncheon I have tomorrow at my church. Not so glamorous but very rewarding.

Yes! It was cold, yet Maria was so brave and made the session look easy and smooth.
This sweet couple made this session so special. Believe it or not, they are married, despite their youth. He, as you can see is a Marine and she is a student at Montclair University and although they probably endure the test of distance and time, you can really see how much they love each other.  On this day, I want to share this because celebrating love is more than chocolate and roses, celebrating love is what brings us together.  So today, or tonight come together, make someone smile and share a laughter and enjoy love.

A Valentine's Special

Hello!

I hope your Holiday season was spectacular.  My family and I had the most wonderful time. Truly God has been good to us.  -- My kids are praying for snow, but not just that thin layer snow...but a blizzard that will have us on lockdown for about 4 days. LOL! I really love being home with my family, cuddling, cooking and watching movies, it's so relaxing; although I need to cut down in all this carbs, and pronto!  Everywhere I go people is handing me food. NEED TO CUT DOWN!...show some support, and cheer me through this process. Ha!

So...as you may already know, if you follow my Facebook page, I have a Portrait Promotion going on now.  I usually run a Valentine's Promotion at the beginning of the year but due to the weather I don't get many bookings, BUT what I do get is sales, because a lot of you have purchased your package during my Valentine's promotion and have scheduled it for Spring. As I grow in my business, and understand the ups and downs of it I have designed what my customers are asking for.  I will run the promotion for the month of February and give you the option of scheduling in Spring. This will also give you the time to get creative, and who knows maybe plan a PROPOSAL (just suggesting) I would love to be there.
